Our purpose is to improve the holistic wellbeing of pacific communities. We deliver free health, education, employment and social services to individuals, families and communities using pacific models of care.

We are the lead provider for the Aere Tai Collective – The Collective a group of is seven Pacific community health providers delivering high quality community services to Pacific communities across the Waikato/Midlands region.

Pan Pacific

HUB

It is our dream to create the country’s first Pan Pacific Community Hub. Our proposal is for a large modern fale that is home to a medical clinic, nurse-led and community health services, an early childhood centre and other education programmes, and our social workers to deliver K’aute Pasifika’s health and wellness programmes across Waikato.
